Delivery And Returns

Aquarius of Howden is a long established bathroom showroom with 30 years experience supplying and installing bathrooms. Our aim is to ensure that buying from us is a professional, safe and trouble free experience to compliment the premium quality ranges we offer.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free in mainland UK for orders over £100. Standard delivery for smaller items is £5.99, which will be automatically shown on your order.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Orders will be dealt with on the day of ordering from Monday to Friday with the exception of Bank Holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be processed on the first working day thereafter. We aim to dispatch all orders for delivery within 3 days. For larger items you will be contacted by our sales team to arrange and confirm a suitable delivery time.

Some of our products are made to order or specially ordered direct from the manufacturers. These may have longer lead times and may require special order conditions. In these cases our staff will contact you straight away. You will not be charged for your order until you are fully satisfied with delivery times or any special conditions. 

How do you deliver?

For your convenience, delivery of larger items will normally be made using our own staff and vehicles or by Specialist courier services. Smaller items may come direct through postal services.

All deliveries must be inspected & signed for by the customer. If any defects or damage escape this inspection, these should be notified as quickly as possible afterwards to our sales staff.

Deliveries will be made to the nearest roadside, or driveway if appropriate to the vehicle size, at the customers address. Drivers or couriers will then assist as much as they can to ensure that goods are safely transferred to a suitable ground floor storage point.

Please ensure that your installers are qualified and insured to handle your valuable goods. Good installers know that damaged or defective goods cannot be returned after being installed and they will take responsibility for this. They will also be responsible for any damage caused by mishandling or incorrect installation. Our experienced sales and technical staff are always on hand to assist with any problems which may arise.

What is your returns policy? 

Our staff are always ready to help ensure that the items you order are suitable for your requirements. However, we also want to ensure that goods can be returned with the minimum of difficulty. 

Goods can be returned and exchanged without charge provided they are complete and unopened. If they are opened, they must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. 

Some of our products are supplied as special order or made to order items. These are  non-returnable, and this will be explained fully to you at the time of ordering. You will not be charged for your order until you are happy with any any special order conditions. 

Installers must not install anything without checking it for damage or suitability. Once installed, goods cannot be accepted for return. We highly recommend that you ensure that your installers are aware of their obligation to you in this matter.
